Beading supplies

Started a list off to the side so we can see what supplies people have in sufficient quantity to share. Then we'll know what we still need to buy individually.

I'll have to look up the cost but have written down those which I have excess of. The crimping beads aren't here yet, ditto memory wire (well, I have some, but not a lot).

I have no idea what I'd need for beading. As I said, I've never done anything but string beads on fishing line or make stitch markers. I have some beads, I have a set of tools, and a lot of questions. What should I be looking to buy?

Depends on what you want to make.

For necklaces & bracelets, you can use fishing line with lobster claw clasps, in which case you'd just need the clasps & the jump rings.

If wanting to use memory wire, then of course, you'd need memory wire.

I find seed beads to be very useful to "stretch" out the more expensive beads. (And they look nice & add texture instead of all larger beads).

If you browse the "findings" section in any online store that sells beading supplies you'll see all the options.
